Regulatory
RERA Compliance
We operate with full transparency under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of Dubai — so your investment is protected at every stage.
Our Regulatory Commitment
Luxuria Off-Plan Realty is a fully licensed real estate brokerage operating under the jurisdiction of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
RERA was established to regulate and govern the real estate sector in Dubai, ensuring transparency, investor protection, and market integrity. All brokers and developers operating in Dubai must be registered and licensed with RERA.
Our compliance with RERA regulations is not merely a legal obligation — it is a cornerstone of the trust we build with every investor we serve.
Our Standards
Compliance Obligations
Licensed Brokerage
All our agents hold valid RERA Broker Cards issued by the Dubai Land Department. Our brokerage is registered and in good standing with the DLD.
Escrow Protection
All off-plan developments we represent are registered with the DLD and have RERA-approved escrow accounts, ensuring your payments are protected and used solely for construction.
SPA Compliance
All Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) are prepared in accordance with RERA-approved templates and registered with the Dubai Land Department.
Developer Verification
We only represent developers who are registered with RERA and whose projects are approved for off-plan sale. We do not market unregistered or unapproved developments.
Transparent Fees
Our brokerage fees are disclosed upfront and comply with DLD fee guidelines. There are no hidden charges or undisclosed commissions.
Anti-Money Laundering
We comply fully with UAE AML/CFT regulations, including client due diligence, identity verification, and transaction monitoring requirements.
Your Rights as an Investor
Under RERA regulations, you are entitled to receive a copy of the developer's RERA registration certificate and the project's escrow account details before making any payment.
You have the right to a fully executed, DLD-registered Sale and Purchase Agreement, and to receive regular construction progress updates from the developer.
In the event of a dispute, you may file a complaint with the Dubai Land Department's Real Estate Dispute Resolution Centre (RDSC).
